Join OneCommunity for the 2nd annual ArkanSalsa Fest in Springdale, behind the Jones Center in the Community Park
ArkanSalsa Fest is a diverse and eclectic arts and music festival that will begin with a ArkanSalsa 5K/1M Fun Run, Car Show, Feed Your Brain Kids Zone, musical performers, Salsa and Zumba lessons, Food, Best Tasting Salsa Contest, Arts and Crafts and new this year a Health and Wellness Fair.
Tickets for Lunch on the ArkanSalsa Train takes place on Sunday October 19th tickets may be purchased at A&M Railroad. All proceeds benefit scholarships and programs to inspire community leaders working together as one.

Our Programs


Through OneCommunity’s annual festival, ArkanSalsa Fest 2014, more than 4,000 individuals were exposed to the organization’s early literacy message with more than 820 books, 660 backpacks, and reading activities distributed in partnership with AETN. Launched our first health fair in collaboration with area schools, clinics and organizations. UAMS College of Pharmacy conducted 51 glucose and blood pressure screenings, UAMS Champs programs provided 600 goodie bags, 400 snack containers, 200 toiletry bags, and crayons, hand sanitizers, pens, pencils and coloring books. The American Diabetes Association interacted with 300 people on diabetes and nutrition education. Community Clinic, Tobacco Free Coalition, Watermark Chiropractic, Kangen Water, Kendrick Fincher Hydration Foundation, All About Your Health and Susan G. Komen all participated in the Health Fair, interacting with families and providing information about health resources available in Northwest Arkansas.
